I have tried many books and the same thing happens. Any news on when a new fixed version will be out? It is unfortunate that ADE4 kept crashing for you. Regarding the crash issue, We are working on addressing this issue in coming releases. I will strongly recommend you to use ADE4 as it comes up some good features and support for epub3 format. Does anyone from Adobe actually monitor these forums and try to help or are we on our own?

This is extremely frustrating, especially when the book is for school. I managed to do a work around, as adf every time meant I was not able to read my books. I then opened the book in ADE library. Regarding the crash issue, We are working on addressing this issue in coming releases. All versions of Adobe Digital Editions crash when opening any library e-book licence.

I found the ascm file in the folder then added it to the library. Apple says it’s Adobe – Adobe sasy it’s Apple. I just downloaded yet another ePub book and it 3410w fine – on 3. Are you suggesting that it works fine and you can’t duplicate the error?
